Pickled Dry plate is a product category you probably never considered…
…until now clean, oil-free, rust-free, pickled 12 – 25mm (0.50 – 1.0″) plate was not a realistic option
…because until now, producing this required:
- an unjustifiable investment in a separate line
- acid in your plant
- choosing between corrosion and all of the problems rust-inhibiting oil brings
Our new CTL + EPS Plate configuration eliminates all those problems!
Now you can upgrade your existing CTL line to a CTL + EPS pickling line by placing a conveyor and EPS cell between the shear and stacker.
Pickle sheet and plate in-line without acid, without oil, and without the expense and space required for a separate line.
This system produces dry (oil-free), pickled, rust-resistant 3 – 25mm (0.118 – 1.0″) sheet / plate
at a lower cost than traditional pickling–
without any additional handling or separate processes.

And, YES, you can run it in “by-pass” mode. Although, once end-users find out you offer EPS dry, we don’t expect there will be much of that.
